The firm is led by Managing Attorney Matthew T. Macklin (JD, MBA), a former healthcare executive and licensed nursing home administrator. Paralegal Carli Goodburn keeps every matter organized and every client informed. As a result, we offer the responsiveness of a small firm with the sophistication that complex matters demand.

We keep a community office in Port Orchard for meetings by appointment and a Seattle mailing address. As a result, we serve clients throughout Washington State, from Seattle and Tacoma to Spokane and Vancouver. In addition, our federal healthcare compliance and litigation practice serves clients nationwide. Managing Attorney Matthew T. Macklin is licensed through the Washington State Bar Association.
